Here we have a Des Res which was inspired by the Pinny and Victor piece which Eric made a few months ago these are proving to be popular and are made to order. They are ideal dollshouses for the dollshouse or a miniature in it’s own right!
Size from 5” to 6” or smaller if needed. Lighting can be fitted by using a nine volt battery, which is concealed in the roof.

Eric can make whatever style of house you need as long as he has pictures for reference, the rooms are papered or painted in plain colours so there is no fiddly decorating to do.
A whole street can be accommodated on bookshelf.
If a family is needed these too can be supplied to scale with wooden clothes for the females, painted for the males, there will be no teenage tantrums in this house due to items of clothing proving unsatisfactory as they cannot be removed!
