Contemporary twelfth scale
These modern versions of the Dutch doll were first created by Eric in 1975, they are round headed with painted noses.
The bodies are turned and all joints are held together by wooden pins, no glue is used throughout their construction.
Except for the smallest, all dolls are jointed at the shoulders elbows hips and knees. The faces are entirely hand painted by Eric, which gives each doll its own little character.
